“Get the ball rolling“
Meaning: To start something.
لنباذر بالقيام بشيئ ما، لنأخد المبادرة و نبدأ شيئ ما

“Throw in the towel“
Meaning: For someone to give up or quit.
يستسلم، يقر بالهزيمة، يتنازل عن شيئ ما لعدم القدرة على المواصلة

“Raise the bar“
Meaning: To improve something.
يحسن من شي ما أو يطوره ليكون في مستوى التوقعات

Meaning: Someone that does not let things bother them.
نعني بها أن شخص ما لا يتأثر بالنقد بسهولة، لا يؤثر فيه كلام الناس، لا يُوليه اهتماماً
